Recently, OSI Group added new processing facilities in Toledo, Spain, based on consumer need for chicken. Market demands resulted in more action for OSI Group and their subsidiary, OSI Spain for the doubling of its chicken processing capacity. OSI Spain and OSI Group worked together to add new capital to handle these chicken production capacities.
The implementation of this high volume production facility in the Spanish city of Toledo was designed to increase their production number from 12 thousand tons to 24 thousand tons. Today, OSI Group produces approximately 45 thousand tons of beef, chicken, and pork products.
